For immigration law firm owners
More booked consultations. Every signed client traced to its ad.
Neyo runs your ads, replies to every new inquiry in the languages your team speaks and books the consultation. A strategist who knows immigration firms manages it and answers for booked consultations and signed clients, not clicks.

01 · The problem
Most immigration marketing stops at the click.
What most immigration firms do
Rely on referrals and word of mouth, run a few search ads, and judge the results by calls and form fills.
Why it fails
Clients often search in their first language, with a deadline close, and contact more than one firm. Nothing in the ad report connects to your case management software, so nobody can tell which ads led to a signed client.
What it costs you
People who get a slow reply, or one they can't read, go to the next firm. Consultations fill with case types you don't take, and the budget keeps going to ads that look busy.
What Neyo does instead
Every ad, reply and consultation is tied to the case it produced in your case management software. Your strategist moves budget toward the campaigns and languages that bring signed clients, and tells you why.
02 · What we run
Everything between the ad and the signed client.
One system, run by software every day and managed by a strategist who knows immigration firms.
Ads
Google, Meta and Microsoft ads for family petitions, work visas and citizenship, in the languages your clients speak. LinkedIn too, if you serve employers.
Landing pages
Pages for each case type, in each language you serve, that explain how a consultation works.
Instant follow-up
Every new inquiry gets a reply right away, day or night, in English, Spanish or another language your team speaks.
Booking
Clients book a consultation at a time that suits them, in person or by video, as your firm prefers.
Case attribution
We connect Neyo to Docketwise, INSZoom or Clio during setup, so every signed client is traced back to the ad that started it.
Your strategist
Knows how immigration clients find and choose a firm, manages the whole system with you and answers for booked consultations and signed clients, not clicks.
03 · Measurement
How we measure success for immigration firms.
Every number comes from your ad accounts and your case management software, such as Docketwise, INSZoom or Clio, not estimates. These are the ones your strategist reports on.
Booked consultations by campaign
How many consultations each campaign put on your calendar, not how many clicks or calls it got.
Signed clients by campaign and language
Which campaigns, and which languages, bring people who go on to hire your firm.
Cost per signed client
What you paid in ads for each client who signed, by campaign and by case type.
Fees by campaign
The fees recorded in your case management software, traced back to the ad that brought each client in.
Time to first reply
How fast new inquiries hear back, day or night, before they contact another firm.
04 · How it works
From first call to signed clients in three steps.
- 1
Connect your case software and ad accounts
Give us access to Docketwise, INSZoom or Clio and your Google, Meta and Microsoft accounts. We connect them to Neyo during setup, and everything stays in your firm's name.
- 2
We launch and run it
Your strategist builds the plan around the cases you want and the languages you serve. Once you approve the ads, the platform runs them, the follow-up and the booking.
- 3
You see signed clients by campaign
See booked consultations, signed clients and fees for every campaign, straight from your case management software.

06 · Questions
Questions firm owners ask us.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Your ad accounts, tracking and customer data stay in your name, and you keep all of it if you ever leave.
Can you run ads in Spanish and other languages?
Yes. Ads, pages and follow-up can run in Spanish or another language your team serves clients in, and you approve each version before it runs. We avoid words like notario, which can mislead people about who may give legal advice.
Do your ads follow attorney advertising rules?
We write every ad and page with those rules in mind: no promised approvals or outcomes, and the disclaimers your firm requires. Your firm stays responsible for its advertising under your state bar's rules, so nothing runs until you approve it.
We handle family and business immigration. Can you run both?
Yes. Families and employers get their own campaigns, pages and follow-up, and you see booked consultations and signed clients for each.
What does it cost?
It depends on your goals, your market and your ad spend. We walk through the options on the call.
